Celia shared the announcement on LinkedIn, marking a new milestone in her career after spending more than a decade with the bank.
Prior to her promotion, Celia served as Deputy Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank. During her tenure, she has held several key positions, including Chief Manager – Marketing and Senior Manager – Marketing, contributing across marketing communications, integrated marketing communications planning, experiential marketing and brand activation.
Over the years, Celia has played an important role in strengthening the bank’s marketing initiatives and enhancing customer engagement through strategic communication and brand-focused campaigns.
Before joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Celia worked with Candid Marketing, where she held multiple client servicing and account management positions, including Account Director and Senior Account Manager.
Earlier in her career, Celia was associated with CNBC TV18 as a Marketing Support Executive Trainee, supporting award programs and event management initiatives. She also gained customer service experience through roles at Jet Privilege Service Centre and Air India.
With extensive experience across marketing communications, brand strategy, experiential marketing and customer engagement, Celia brings strong leadership expertise to her expanded role at Kotak Mahindra Bank.
