Shweta brings extensive experience across marketing, talent strategy, employer branding and business transformation.
Before joining ZingHR, Pathak served as Marketing Leader – India at Cornerstone OnDemand, where she focused on enhancing brand visibility and driving cross-functional collaboration within the learning and talent technology sector.
Earlier, she worked as Vice President – Human Resources at Kotak Mahindra Bank. In this role, she led campus hiring initiatives under the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence and contributed to diversity hiring and ESG programs.
Over the course of her career, Pathak has held leadership and strategic roles at WeAce, EdCast, Sun Pharma, TMP Worldwide, Deutsche Bank and Marico Limited.
She brings deep expertise in growth marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition, university relations, change management and employee engagement, positioning her to support ZingHR’s growth and brand-building efforts.
