Based in Dallas, USA, Ramakanth will lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives and focus on building a strong global customer pipeline. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across advanced electronics manufacturing, high-precision packaging, capital equipment, and deep-tech ecosystems.
His expertise spans large-scale production environments, next-generation computing platforms, and advanced technology manufacturing. He also has a strong track record of building engineering teams and delivering mission-critical programs across the global technology manufacturing value chain.
Ramakanth’s experience across leading global organizations has given him specialized expertise in scaling advanced manufacturing capabilities for fast-growing sectors including data centers, AI, and next-generation computing, along with related technology adjacencies.

Ramakanth holds an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas, a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Osmania University, and has completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.
