Pankaj brings deep expertise in consulting, transformation, strategy, change management, and business advisory.
Before joining Deloitte India, Pankaj spent 14 years at Accenture, where he held leadership positions including Senior Manager, Manager, and Management Consultant. During his tenure, he contributed to several large-scale consulting and transformation initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he worked with IBM Global Services as a Consultant in strategy and change consulting. He also gained experience in business development and sales during his time at Tata Consultancy Services.
Pankaj holds a PGDM in IT from Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology, adding strong technology-led business transformation expertise to his professional background.
