In his new role, Ketan will lead the company’s digital and information strategy with a focus on improving operational agility, strengthening enterprise technology capabilities, advancing digital transformation initiatives, and supporting long-term business growth.
Ketan brings extensive experience across digital transformation, IT strategy, automation, analytics, cybersecurity, enterprise technology, and business process transformation.
Before joining Gulf Oil India, he served as AVP – Business Transformation at Yokohama Off-Highway Tires, where he led global transformation programs across multiple business units. He also developed digital transformation roadmaps for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise and built scalable B2B customer experience platforms aimed at improving operational efficiency and revenue performance.
Prior to that, Ketan spent more than 12 years at General Mills, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Head – Global Engineering Solutions. During his tenure, he led enterprise engineering, process innovation, and global digital initiatives.
Earlier in his career, he also worked with Geometric Software, Patni Computers, Invensys, Haldia Petrochemicals, and Bayer, building expertise across enterprise systems, industrial automation, software solutions, and digital innovation.
With his experience in transformation-led leadership and enterprise technology strategy, Ketan is expected to play a key role in strengthening Gulf Oil India’s future-ready digital ecosystem.
