Thomas joins Trace One during a key phase of international growth and business expansion across the food & beverage, cosmetics, and chemicals sectors. He brings extensive leadership experience across SaaS, enterprise technology, collaboration platforms, and construction technology, with strong expertise in revenue growth, customer success, commercial transformation, and global go-to-market strategy.
Before joining Trace One, Thomas served as Group Chief Revenue Officer at Sogelink, where he led global Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success functions as part of the executive leadership team. He also supported the company’s digital transformation and international expansion initiatives across the construction and infrastructure industries.
Prior to Sogelink, Thomas spent nearly 15 years with PGi in several senior international leadership positions across Europe and North America. As Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President – Global Sales & Customer Success, he led worldwide commercial strategy, customer success initiatives, and sales operations for the company’s collaboration and communications technology business.
During his tenure at PGi, he also held leadership roles including Senior Vice President – Global Sales, Vice President – Global Carrier Partners, and General Manager for Canada. Across these positions, he contributed to international business expansion, revenue growth, channel partnerships, and leadership development across multiple global markets.
Earlier in his career, Thomas worked in product management, marketing, and communications roles with organisations including Chevron and Gergovie, building strong expertise in enterprise technology, digital communications, and partnership development.
With deep experience in scaling international commercial organisations and driving SaaS business growth, Thomas is expected to play a key role in accelerating Trace One’s global expansion and customer growth strategy.
