Ashish brings more than 10 years of experience across B2B marketing, enterprise technology, brand strategy, product marketing, and demand generation. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee, he is known for building strategic marketing initiatives and driving growth across technology-focused businesses.
Before joining PeopleStrong, Ashish served as Head of Marketing – India Region at Iron Mountain, where he led regional marketing initiatives and business growth strategies. His appointment reflects PeopleStrong’s continued focus on strengthening brand positioning and market expansion in the evolving enterprise technology landscape.
Earlier in his career, Ashish spent more than 6 years with airtel, where he steadily progressed through multiple leadership positions from Senior Manager to General Manager – Brand and Marketing. During his tenure, he contributed to brand strategy, customer engagement, and integrated marketing initiatives across the telecom sector.
Ashish also held product marketing roles at HCLTech and Newgen Software, gaining strong expertise in enterprise technology marketing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy development.
With his extensive experience across technology and B2B marketing, Ashish is expected to play a key role in strengthening PeopleStrong’s brand strategy, customer engagement, and demand generation efforts.
