In his new role, Vithal will lead the company’s human capital agenda and oversee people strategy initiatives across the organization. He will report to CEO Sam Mathew and will be based at Microland’s corporate headquarters in Bengaluru.
Acharya brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across global enterprises and fast-growing technology organizations. His expertise spans IT services, infrastructure, mobility, and industrial sectors. Over the course of his career, he has held senior leadership positions at companies including GE, HCL, and Ola.
