Katie brings more than 30 years of experience in global rewards strategy, executive compensation, and organizational performance alignment. Her appointment comes as Otis advances its long-term business and workforce transformation initiatives under its “Made to move you™” vision.
Before joining Otis, Katie founded AlignRewards, where she advised organizations on compensation and recognition strategies designed to improve employee engagement and align rewards with business performance.
Earlier, she spent nearly 20 years at Medtronic, holding several senior leadership roles including Vice President – Commercial Compensation, Recognition & M&A and Vice President – Global Compensation. During her tenure, she led enterprise-wide compensation strategies for a workforce of more than 95,000 employees across over 80 countries.
She also managed incentive budgets exceeding $1 billion and contributed significantly to major mergers and acquisitions integrations as well as global transformation initiatives.
Prior to Medtronic, Katie worked at Aon Hewitt as a Compensation and M&A Consultant, advising Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies on executive compensation, governance, and rewards strategy.
Katie holds an MBA from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
