Pintu has been associated with HDFC ERGO for more than 3 years and previously served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources and Senior Manager – Human Resources. During his tenure, he managed HRBP and talent acquisition responsibilities across technology, underwriting, product, crop, and several business units.
His role included workforce planning, succession planning, employee lifecycle management, performance management, policy benchmarking, and manager capability development, supporting the organization’s people and growth strategy.
Before joining HDFC ERGO, Pintu worked with IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation, where he handled HR business partnering, talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, stakeholder management, documentation, and performance management.
Earlier in his career, Pintu held HR and recruitment roles at ABP Group, Zee Media Corporation Limited, and McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited. Across these organizations, he gained strong experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and people-focused processes.
