As anticipation builds for the upcoming Nord CE 6 series, OnePlus has shared key details about the Lite variant just days before its official debut in India.
The series, set to launch next week, will include 2 models, with the OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite now getting clearer specifications through an updated microsite. The device is confirmed to run on a MediaTek Dimensity 7000 series chipset, specifically the Dimensity 7400 Apex. In comparison, the standard model will feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor.
Performance and software
OnePlus claims the Nord CE 6 Lite will be the “fastest phone” in the ₹20,000–₹25,000 price range in India. The device reportedly scored over 10,30,000 points on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform.
The smartphone will run on OxygenOS 16, based on Android 16. According to the company, it will maintain smooth performance for up to 5 years based on internal testing.
Display and gaming
The phone will feature a flat display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. It will include a hole-punch cutout for the front camera.
For gaming, the device is claimed to support 144 fps on Subway Surfers. However, performance will be capped at 90 fps for battle royale games like Battlegrounds Mobile India and Call of Duty Mobile.
Battery and camera
The Nord CE 6 Lite will pack a 7,000mAh battery. OnePlus claims it can deliver up to 2 days of usage and retain “strong” battery capacity even after 1,200 full charge cycles.
On the camera front, the smartphone will feature a dual rear camera setup in a pill-shaped module. It will include a 50MP primary sensor and support 4K video recording along with 4K Motion Photos.
Launch timeline
The OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite is scheduled to launch in India on May 7 at 12 pm IST. More details are expected to be revealed closer to the launch.
