Shweta will lead the people strategy for the group’s renewable energy businesses.In her new role, Srivastava will focus on building high-performance organisations, enabling large-scale transformation, and supporting the group’s growth in the renewable energy sector.
Prior to this, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Azure Power, where she led HR strategy for a leading renewable energy organisation. Her experience reflects strong expertise in talent strategy, organisational design, and transformation in high-growth and infrastructure-led businesses.
Earlier, Srivastava held leadership roles within the Vedanta Group, including Group Talent Acquisition Head at Vedanta Resources Limited and People Strategy Leader – New Businesses & Geographies at Sterlite Power. In these roles, she worked closely with leadership teams to drive new business initiatives, global expansion, and M&A-led growth.
Srivastava also spent over 3 years at Sterlite Power as Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Talent Leader, leading global recruitment, talent development, and organisation design across geographies. Her work included building large-scale talent frameworks, succession planning, leadership development, and employer branding strategies.
Earlier in her career, she held key roles at Indus Towers Limited as Regional Head HR & Head Talent Acquisition – India, at UnitedHealth Group as Head of Recruitment Services, and with global organisations such as Qualcomm, Motorola, and Ericsson.
Srivastava has completed the Executive Leadership Programme from Harvard Business School and holds an MBA in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
