In her new role, Arti will lead the people strategy for the greenfield semiconductor fabrication project. Her focus will be on building a future-ready workforce, driving organisational transformation, and enabling large-scale capability development aligned with the company’s global growth plans.
Before joining Tata Electronics, she served as Vice President – Human Resources, Global Supply Chain India at Schneider Electric. In this role, she led HR strategy across 21 factories, driving initiatives in talent management, workforce planning, industrial relations, and operational excellence.
Earlier, she was Vice President HR at Schneider Electric India, where she partnered with global stakeholders and led HR for a workforce of over 6,000, focusing on innovation-led HR strategy, leadership advisory, and organisational growth.
Arti also held the role of HRVP & Talent Manager – Global Marketing at Schneider Electric, based in Hong Kong, where she led global talent initiatives and cross-cultural leadership programs.
In her earlier tenure at Schneider Electric, she served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, leading HR for large teams and supporting M&A integration and change management.
Prior to that, Arti worked with India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd., where she handled business planning and HR transformation initiatives, and with Sun Life Financial, contributing to the setup of HR frameworks for a startup operation in India.
Her early career includes roles at Panasonic and other manufacturing organisations, where she built expertise in HR operations, talent management, and organisational development.
With over 30 years of experience across manufacturing, global supply chains, and transformation-led environments, Arti Sharma brings strong leadership to support Tata Electronics’ next phase of growth.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Himachal Pradesh University.
