In her new role, Katya will enable business growth through technology, working closely with sales and marketing teams. She will focus on advancing commercial systems, improving customer experience, and driving transformation through data and digital innovation.
Before joining Hershey, Katya spent nearly 7 years at McKesson in senior technology and data roles. Most recently, as Chief Information Officer, Health Systems Segment, she led end-to-end strategy, delivery, and operations for a major technology portfolio. She managed a large organisation supporting over 120,000 users and drove initiatives across customer experience transformation, analytics modernisation, AI-led commercial capabilities, and overall technology upgrades.
Earlier at McKesson, she served as Head of Data Product Management, where she built enterprise data strategy, roadmaps, and monetisation models, while launching governed data services and strengthening data governance. As Head of Analytics Portfolio, she led key initiatives including support for Operation Warp Speed during COVID-19 vaccine distribution, and modernised analytics and machine learning systems.
Prior to that, Katya held multiple roles at TruStage, including Senior Manager – Enterprise Data Science & Analytics and IT leadership positions. She built analytics teams, developed governance frameworks, and supported enterprise transformation initiatives.
She also spent 9 years at Esker, Inc. as Engagement Manager, leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise software implementations across healthcare, ERP, and SAP-integrated environments.
With experience spanning commercial technology, analytics, AI, governance, and digital transformation, Katya brings a strong leadership profile to drive innovation and performance at Hershey.
