In his new role, Salil will lead the overall people strategy, with a focus on enhancing talent capabilities, improving organizational effectiveness, and strengthening workplace culture across the business.
Salil joins from ElasticRun, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to that, he held senior HR leadership roles at Godrej Agrovet Limited, Pidilite Industries Limited, TE Connectivity, and Mondelēz International.
He also spent over a decade at Asian Paints, where he built deep experience across manufacturing, human resources, and industrial relations.
With a strong background across diverse industries, Salil brings deep expertise in talent management, HR strategy, and organizational development to his new role at Rustomjee.
