Khulbe brings over 10 years of experience in internal audit, enterprise risk management (ERM), and compliance across consulting, healthcare, and large-scale consumer businesses. Most recently, he served as Chief Audit Executive and Head of ERM at Inspire Brands, where he oversaw risk functions for a multi-brand portfolio generating nearly $30 billion in system sales.
Before that, at Cue Health, he established and expanded internal audit and ERM functions, strengthened SOX compliance frameworks, and aligned risk strategy with business performance and regulatory needs.
Earlier in his career, Khulbe held leadership roles at EY, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on IPO readiness, internal controls, and risk transformation. He also worked at Bunge, leading global internal audit and IT audit functions across Asia and other regions.
Known for driving strategic risk programs, building strong teams, and improving governance frameworks, Khulbe now steps into his new role at McCormick & Company to manage complex and evolving risk environments.
Khulbe shared on LinkedIn, describing it as a dynamic phase for the organisation. He noted that with recent developments involving Unilever and broader shifts in the consumer goods sector, the company is entering a period of change and opportunity where strong governance and thoughtful risk-taking are essential.
