In his new role, Mr. Muralidharan will lead financial strategy, governance, compliance, and growth initiatives, supporting the company’s expansion in the global pharmaceutical and contract manufacturing space.
Before joining Encube Ethicals, Muralidharan served as Group Chief Financial Officer at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, where he led global finance operations including M&A, investor relations, ESG, governance, and finance transformation.
Earlier, he was Group Chief Financial Officer at Teva Pharmaceuticals, managing financial operations across India and APAC, with responsibilities covering compliance, reporting, and manufacturing finance performance.
He also held leadership roles at Allergan as Country Head and Chief Financial Officer, where he led large-scale operations, R&D integration, supply chain optimization, and finance transformation initiatives.
Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Mylan Laboratories Limited, playing a key role in major M&A deals, investor relations, and corporate governance, contributing to business growth and value creation.
His earlier experience includes senior finance roles at Lupin Limited, Ranbaxy, and Indian Oil Corporation Limited, building strong expertise in strategic finance, capital structuring, compliance, and operational excellence.
With over 30 years of experience, Muralidharan brings a strong mix of strategic vision, financial discipline, and global leadership, strengthening Encube Ethicals’ leadership team.
