He has built a strong reputation for handling operational challenges with precision, supported by strong technical knowledge and practical experience in large-scale refining and marketing operations. His long association with the company reflects deep institutional knowledge and a consistent focus on operational excellence.
Before this appointment, Khanna served as Director at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, a role he held since February 2022. Earlier, he was Executive Director at BPCL Kochi Refinery, where he gained significant experience across refining operations and core business functions.
His elevation comes at a crucial phase for BPCL as it continues to focus on growth driven by operational efficiency, innovation, and sharper strategic direction.
