Rinki Sharma has joined Bharat Forge Limited, reinforcing the company’s HR leadership as it progresses its BFL 2.0 transformation journey. In her new role, she will drive people strategy, strengthen organizational capabilities, and align HR initiatives with business transformation goals, especially as the company scales operations, adopts digital technologies, and expands its global engineering footprint.
Before this, Sharma served as AVP – HR at Onward Technologies Limited, where she led HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives across the organization. Earlier at the same company, she worked as General Manager – Human Resources, contributing to employee engagement, workforce planning, and building scalable HR processes to support growth.
Prior to that, she spent over 10 years with Neilsoft, where she held multiple leadership roles, including BU Head HR and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. During this period, she managed HR operations, talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and employee lifecycle management, aligning HR closely with business needs.
She also worked with Tata Communications as Human Resource Lead. In this role, she drove HR shared services transformation, process automation, payroll management, and workforce analytics, improving efficiency and governance.
Sharma began her career with Kumar Properties, building a strong foundation in HR operations and employee management.
With over 20 years of experience, she brings strong expertise in HR transformation, talent management, HR analytics, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.
