Jacqui’s promotion reflects extensive experience across human resources, people and culture, service delivery, and corporate services, built over several years across aviation, housing, logistics, and infrastructure-linked organisations.
Before this role, she served at ASL Airlines as Deputy Group HR Director. Her progression from Deputy Group HR Director to Chief People Officer highlights a strong internal leadership journey and the organisation’s confidence in her ability to lead the people agenda at a strategic level.
Earlier, Jacqui worked with Respond as Director of People & Culture. Prior to that, she spent over 5 years with daa, where she held roles including People & Culture Lead, Senior HR Business Partner – Central Functions, IT & North Runway, and Senior HR Business Partner – Security, IT & North Runway. These roles reflect her strong experience in HR strategy, culture, employee support, and business partnering.
In the earlier phase of her career, Jacqui was associated with Aer Lingus as HR Service Delivery Manager, with Clúid Housing as Director of HR & Corporate Services, with Keelings as Group HR Operations Manager and HR Manager, and with Servisair as HR Manager Ireland.
Her experience across ASL Airlines, Respond, daa, Aer Lingus, Clúid Housing, Keelings, and Servisair reflects a long and accomplished career in people leadership.
With deep expertise in people strategy, culture, service delivery, HR operations, and corporate support functions, Jacqui brings a well-rounded profile to her new role. Her appointment is expected to support ASL Airlines as it continues to strengthen its people practices across its global aviation services business.
