Prior to joining Tenneco, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Orient Electric, where he led enterprise-wide HR strategy and played a key role in driving organizational transformation and talent initiatives.
Earlier, Aditya was Chief HR Officer at Clix Capital, where he contributed to building the human capital framework of a fast-growing fintech organization, focusing on culture, capability building, and performance-driven talent strategies.
He also spent over 4 years at Bharti Airtel, leading HR for critical functions including engineering, networks, supply chain, and deployment. In addition, he held a global leadership role overseeing Total Rewards, HR Systems, and Analytics, driving large-scale HR transformation across the organization.
Before that, Aditya Kohli spent nearly a decade at Standard Chartered Bank in multiple global leadership roles. His work spanned HR service delivery, transformation, performance management, rewards, and strategic HR initiatives, supporting operations across 70+ countries.
He began his career at Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt), where he built expertise in HR analytics, change management, rewards strategy, and organizational consulting.
With decades of experience, Aditya Kohli brings deep expertise in HR strategy, transformation, leadership development, and global HR operations, positioning him well to lead Tenneco’s people agenda in India.
