This appointment marks a significant step in Srivastava’s banking career and reflects his extensive experience in branch banking, retail operations, and regional business expansion across North India.

Prior to this role, he served as Regional Branch Banking Head – Uttar Pradesh at Bandhan Bank. He also held the position of Regional Branch Banking Head – Bihar, highlighting a strong internal progression and growing responsibilities within the organisation.

Earlier, Srivastava worked with IndusInd Bank as Vice President and Regional Head – UP East and Home Market. He also held leadership roles at ING Vysya Bank as Cluster Head – UP and UT, and at ICICI Bank as Branch Head.

In the early phase of his career, he was associated with AMEX TRS as Manager – Forex, where he managed sales and distribution of travel-related financial products and currency services.

His experience spans branch banking operations, retail sales, compliance, audit, profitability management, and regional leadership.

With a career across Bandhan Bank, IndusInd Bank, ING Vysya Bank, ICICI Bank, and AMEX TRS, Srivastava brings a strong and well-rounded banking profile to his new role.

His appointment is expected to support Bandhan Bank’s efforts to strengthen its branch banking network and enhance customer service across Uttar Pradesh.
