Sudhanshu will lead efforts to build an AI-native operating model and strengthen enterprise-wide capabilities for long-term growth and resilience.
In this role, Sudhanshu will focus on key priorities including process industrialisation by re-engineering 4600+ codified processes to improve efficiency and value creation. His roadmap also includes deploying agentic AI across functions, driving consumer growth through scaled personalisation, and strengthening digital accountability by building AI and data fluency across a 200000+ workforce. He will also work on ecosystem partnerships to enable new digital business lines and strategic alliances.
Sudhanshu brings over 20 years of global transformation leadership across FMCG and PE/VC ecosystems. Before joining Vi, he spent over 18 years at Procter & Gamble, where he held multiple senior leadership roles. These included CIO & Chief Digital Officer – P&G Asia MEA, CIO & Chief Data/AI Officer – P&G APAC, and CIO & Digital Leader – P&G Asia. In these roles, he led large-scale technology, data, and AI programs across multi-market and multi-brand portfolios.
In addition to his corporate experience, he has been active in the AI and digital ecosystem as Founder & CEO (AI & Digital Transformation) at Quantum Leap Digital AI. He has also contributed to strategic leadership engagements focused on technology-driven value creation across investment and growth environments.
His profile further includes global thought leadership and executive community roles across platforms such as Forbes Technology Council, IA FORUM, Virtual Advisory Board (VAB), and CIO Online. These engagements reflect his continued focus on enterprise AI, digital governance, and operating model transformation.
