In his new role, Dhaval will lead strategic business initiatives for the MedTech and Life Sciences segment. His mandate includes expanding market presence, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering technology-led healthcare solutions.
Dhaval brings nearly 19 years of experience within CitiusTech, making him one of the company’s long-standing leaders. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy. His contributions included driving go-to-market initiatives, building differentiated capabilities, and advancing innovation across payor, provider, and HealthTech segments.
Over the years, he has held multiple leadership positions such as Sales Director, Vice President of Sales, and Senior Vice President, steadily progressing within the organisation. He has led geographically diverse teams across sales, consulting, and technology functions, contributing to business growth and market leadership.
Dhaval has also been actively involved in strategic decision-making as part of the executive leadership committee. His experience includes working on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, supporting the company’s expansion journey.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded DARB, a healthcare-focused consulting startup, where he worked on product launches in medical imaging and healthcare systems.
Dhaval also held roles at Maestros Mediline Systems Ltd and Miami Valley Hospital, contributing to medical imaging innovations and healthcare software development. He began his career at L&T Infotech, working on technology solutions for medical devices.
This appointment reflects CitiusTech’s continued focus on strengthening leadership to drive innovation and scale in the rapidly evolving MedTech and Life Sciences space.
