Strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its operations in the automotive components sector, Lumax Auto Technologies has appointed Pooja Minocha as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
According to a regulatory filing, Minocha has been designated as Senior Management Personnel of the company with effect from March 5.
The company also announced that Suresh Kumar Dwivedi, Assistant Vice President – IR & Admin, who was previously nominated as Senior Management Personnel, will no longer hold this designation from March 5, 2026. However, he will continue to serve in his current role as AVP – IR & Admin at the company.
Minocha brings 22 years of global experience in human resources leadership. Her expertise spans HR strategy, organisational development, executive compensation and talent development.
Prior to joining Lumax Auto Technologies, she was associated with Bata India as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, where she led HR initiatives and people strategies for the organisation.
Earlier in her career, Minocha worked with MSD India (Merck), Advanz Pharma and Bharti AXA Life Insurance, gaining extensive experience across the pharmaceutical and financial services sectors.
She holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from the Institute of Technology & Management (ITM), Mumbai.
With this appointment, Lumax Auto Technologies strengthens its HR leadership as it focuses on organisational growth, talent management and workforce development.
