Mr. Nath brings more than 20 years of global experience in human resources leadership and organizational transformation across technology, digital, and enterprise services sectors.
In his new role, he will lead Altimetrik’s global people strategy. His focus will include talent transformation, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and culture building. The role will also support the company’s AI-first and product-oriented growth strategy as it expands enterprise AI adoption and digital engineering capabilities worldwide.
Before joining Altimetrik, Nath served as President and Group Chief People Officer at SLK Group. During his more than 8-year tenure, he led large-scale people transformation initiatives, strengthening leadership capability, aligning culture, and developing talent strategies to support the group’s international growth.
Earlier, Nath spent over 11 years at Wipro in several senior HR leadership roles. As HR Leader for Product Engineering Services, he managed HR operations for one of the company’s long-established business units covering silicon engineering, embedded software, software products, and engineering design services.
He also contributed to building Wipro’s Advanced Technologies business focused on SMAC and digital solutions. During assignments in both the United States and India, Nath helped develop new growth markets, establish HR operations across multiple countries, and build local leadership ecosystems.
In addition, he helped define global “Hire to Retire” frameworks for sales teams and supported the transformation of Wipro’s global sales organization.
Earlier in his career, Nath held leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, APJ Surrendra Group, and Pantaloon Retail India Ltd. In these roles, he led initiatives in organizational development, learning and development transformation, HR operations setup, and business-aligned HR strategy.
With deep expertise in organizational transformation, digital capability development, sales HR enablement, and global talent strategy, Nath joins Altimetrik at a key stage of its AI-driven growth journey.
