The promotion marks an important milestone in Munnaluru’s more than 10-year journey with the organization. She most recently served as Director HR Business Partner – India Markets, where she played a key role in aligning HR strategies with business growth and operational priorities.
Earlier, she held the role of Senior HR Business Partner – India Markets at RGA. In that position, she worked closely with business leaders to support workforce planning, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and enhance people capability across the company’s India operations.
Before joining RGA, Munnaluru worked as Manager – HR at TOTO India Industries Pvt Ltd. During her tenure, she led several HR initiatives including strategy development, policy frameworks, organizational restructuring, and process re-engineering. She also handled stakeholder engagement, compensation and benefits alignment, expatriate mobility programs, and the design and implementation of performance management systems.
Earlier in her career, she served as Assistant Manager – HR at IMS. In that role, she managed HR policies, payroll administration, grievance handling, and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
Munnaluru holds an Executive Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Her academic background has supported her work in strategic HR leadership and organizational development.
Her elevation reflects RGA’s focus on strengthening people strategy and leadership capability across its India and Southeast Asia operations.
