Mr. Bajaj joined Snabbit in 2025 as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition and has now moved into the Director position within a short period. In his new role, he will lead the company’s talent acquisition strategy, oversee leadership hiring, and support workforce expansion as the organization scales its operations.
He will also focus on developing high-impact recruitment frameworks, strengthening employer branding, and building teams to support Snabbit’s hyperlocal and technology-driven home services model.
Before joining Snabbit, Bajaj spent more than 3 years at Ola. During his tenure, he led technology, research and development, product, and executive hiring across several business verticals including Krutrim, Ola Electric, and Ola Consumer services such as Cabs, ONDC, and Financial Services. He played an important role in hiring senior technology and AI leaders during a key expansion phase.
Earlier in his career, Bajaj held leadership responsibilities at AvistaTech. In this role, he mentored recruitment teams and managed end-to-end hiring across various technology areas including artificial intelligence, cloud architecture, data science, DevOps, and enterprise architecture. He also handled executive hiring for senior roles such as Vice President of Engineering and Director-level positions.
His professional journey also includes roles at Goldman Sachs, KORE1, and Advent Global Solutions. Through these roles, he gained experience in IT staffing, stakeholder management, and leadership recruitment.
With nearly 10 years of experience in technology recruitment, leadership hiring, and talent strategy, Bajaj brings strong expertise in building high-performing teams and scaling talent operations.
His promotion reflects Snabbit’s focus on strengthening its hiring leadership as the company continues to expand its technology-driven home services platform.
