Ms. Jennifer Powers has been with Fanatics for over 3 years. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, Talent Enablement, where she led the strategy and execution of learning and development initiatives across the organisation. She assessed learning needs using engagement data, performance insights, and business priorities.
She worked closely with stakeholders across compliance, regulatory affairs, and M&A teams. She also measured programme impact through knowledge transfer, behavioural change, retention, and productivity outcomes. Earlier, as Program Manager, Talent Enablement, she helped build strong L&D foundations across the company.
Before joining Fanatics, Jennifer spent several years at Twitter. She advanced from Learning Specialist to Learning and Development Consultant. During this time, she led global new hire orientation programmes supporting over 2,400 hires annually. She also drove a large-scale onboarding transformation initiative. By applying adult learning theory and instructional design methods, she improved learning effectiveness and coached facilitators on inclusive practices to create equitable and engaging onboarding experiences.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer held HR and programme coordination roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Phillips Academy. These roles helped her build strong capabilities in employee engagement, communication, and experience design.
In her new position, Jennifer will lead enterprise learning strategy at Fanatics. She will support more than 22,000 employees worldwide and align capability development with business growth across commerce, collectibles, and betting platforms.
