Expanding its premium tablet portfolio, Honor has confirmed the global release date and full specifications of its upcoming MagicPad 4.
The company had introduced the device earlier this month, offering an early look at its design and select hardware features. It has now detailed the complete specifications and announced that the MagicPad 4 will be available globally on March 2 at 09:00 UTC. The tablet will be offered in Grey and White colour options. Pricing has not yet been revealed.
The MagicPad 4 features a 12.3-inch OLED display with a 165 Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. The tablet will be available in 2 configurations: 12 GB RAM with 256 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM with 512 GB storage.
It houses a 10,100 mAh battery, which is rated to retain 80% battery health after 1,600 charging cycles. For photography and video calls, the device includes a 13 MP rear camera and a 9 MP front camera. It also comes with IP40-rated dust and water resistance.
Honor has designed the MagicPad 4 with a slim 4.8 mm thick body, weighing around 450 g. This makes it thinner and lighter than rivals such as the Galaxy Tab S11 (currently priced at $679.99 on Amazon).
On the software front, the tablet will ship with MagicOS 10 based on Android 16. Honor has promised 6 years of OS and security patch updates, adding long-term software support to its hardware package.
With a high refresh rate OLED display, large battery, flagship chipset and slim form factor, the MagicPad 4 positions itself as a strong competitor in the premium Android tablet segment.
