In this role, Chinmay will drive organizational transformation and build a high-performance culture. He will also oversee the full HR mandate for a workforce operating in a complex regulatory and competitive market environment.
Chinmay brings over 22 years of global HR leadership experience. Most recently, he served as HR Business Leader for Performance Emerging Markets at GSK in London. There, he led people strategy across high-growth markets.
Earlier, he was CHRO & Executive Vice President at GSK India. He also spent nearly 9 years at Philip Morris International, holding senior leadership roles across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Switzerland.
Chinmay began his professional journey at Procter & Gamble (P&G). Over the years, he has built strong expertise in talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and large-scale cultural transformation across global markets.
With this appointment, he returns to India to lead the HR function at Diageo India and strengthen its people and performance agenda.
