Sypha AI, an Indian privacy-first AI assistant, has partnered with BLS International to enhance visa and consular service operations across more than 70 countries. The technology is designed to accelerate application processing, reduce wait times, improve fraud detection, and support better decision-making by authorities, with the goal of simplifying the overall experience.
The initiative was first rolled out in Morocco for Spain and Portugal visa processing and is now expanding globally. BLS International has reported revenue growth, underlining increasing demand for advanced and intelligent solutions in this space. As the global visa outsourcing market is expected to expand further, the partnership is positioned to influence how millions of people apply for visas or relocate internationally.
Shawn Chauhan from Sypha AI said privacy-focused AI can power vital systems worldwide. His comments highlight the role of responsible and secure AI in sensitive public services. At the same time, Shikhar Aggarwal from BLS International noted that these upgrades aim to move beyond basic automation.
