Marking a key leadership development for the iconic Indian consumer electronics brand, in his new role, Mr. Srivastava will guide the company’s strategic direction, strengthen operational performance, and drive its long-term growth agenda.
Before this appointment, Gunjan served as Chief Executive Officer – UK & Ireland at BSH Home Appliances – UK & Ireland for nearly 6 years. During his tenure, he led business transformation, growth, and profitability initiatives across the region. Earlier, he was Head – Region Asia Pacific at BSH Household Appliances Group, based in Singapore, where he oversaw the Asia Pacific business and drove regional strategy and expansion.
He also held the position of MD and CEO at Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Manufacturing Pvt Ltd in India. There, he focused on sales and profit growth, expanding market share, strengthening brand presence, enhancing the service network, and building a local supply footprint across India and neighboring markets.
In previous roles, Gunjan served as Managing Director at Sennheiser Electronics India Pvt Ltd. He also worked with Philips Electronics India Ltd and Philips Consumer Lifestyle globally. During this period, he led major transformation and change management programs, including the global “Rhythm and Blues” marketing transformation initiative. The program delivered significant productivity gains and improved organizational integration across emerging markets.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Gillette India Ltd. and Wipro Consumer Products. He also gained entrepreneurial experience with Open Minds Education.
Gunjan holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, one of India’s premier management institutions. With extensive experience across global and regional markets, he now takes charge of steering Onida’s next phase of growth.
