In his new role, Nimidh will lead strategic enterprise relationships across the BFSI segment. He will focus on driving business growth, expanding key accounts, and delivering technology-led transformation initiatives for clients.
Before joining ServiceNow, Nimidh served as Associate Director of Sales – Enterprise at LeadSquared. There, he led enterprise sales growth and worked on SaaS-driven customer solutions for large organisations.
Earlier in his career, Nimidh held enterprise sales and leadership positions at Vymo Asia, Avaya, TeamViewer, Sify Technologies Limited, and Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US. Across these roles, he built deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, cloud solutions, channel partnerships, and large-scale business development across multiple industries.
His appointment comes at a time when financial institutions are accelerating digital transformation and investing in scalable, cloud-based platforms. With his background in strategic sales and enterprise engagement, Nimidh is expected to strengthen ServiceNow’s presence within the BFSI ecosystem and drive long-term enterprise value creation.
