Before joining Flipkart, Yogita Shanbhag served as HR Head – India at Juniper Networks. In that role, she led people strategy, employee engagement, employer branding, and leadership initiatives. During her tenure, she played a key role in driving strategic HR transformation and strengthening organisational effectiveness within a complex global technology environment.
Earlier in her career, Yogita spent over a decade at Wipro, where she held multiple positions as an HR Business Partner. She worked closely with senior leadership across technology and services functions. Her experience at Wipro covered talent management, compensation, workforce planning, and people processes, helping build strong expertise in aligning HR strategy with large-scale business operations.
Yogita Shanbhag began her professional journey as an HR generalist and steadily progressed into senior leadership roles through consistent contributions in talent development, employee engagement, and organisational development. Her experience across large and complex organisations positions her well to support Flipkart’s people agenda and leadership priorities as the company continues to evolve.
