In his new role, Arvind will be responsible for driving financial strategy, governance, and long-term value creation, while supporting the company’s growth plans in the medtech and healthcare space with strong financial discipline and an investor-focused approach.
Before this appointment, Arvind Bothra served as Senior Vice President – Investor Relations and Strategic Initiatives at the Zydus Group. He had earlier held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Zydus Healthcare Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus Lifesciences.
His professional journey includes senior leadership roles at AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD, Lupin, Tata Capital, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, Religare, and Merrill Lynch. He also brings early-career experience from KPMG US, PwC, and Aviva India.
With experience spanning healthcare, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations, Arvind Bothra is expected to play a key role in strengthening financial governance and supporting long-term growth at Zydus MedTech.
