A quiet shift toward practical Physical AI took shape at a major industry event in Mumbai, as Addverb introduced its first indigenous wheeled humanoid robot built for real-world factory floors.
Addverb unveiled Elixis-W at LogiMAT India 2026, held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. Designed specifically for industrial use, the robot marks a key step in bringing deployable Physical AI to shopfloor operations.
Elixis-W blends mobility, intelligence and precision to work autonomously in unstructured environments while safely collaborating with humans. The robot uses adaptive wheeled movement for smooth navigation and features a Physical AI–ready architecture that enables learning and contextual decision-making. It is equipped with dual arms and five-fingered hands, allowing it to perform accurate and collaborative tasks. High-performance computing is powered by dual NVIDIA Jetson Orin/Thor units, supporting advanced perception and control capabilities.
Sangeet Kumar, CEO and Co-Founder of Addverb, said the humanoid reflects the company’s long-term focus on human–robot collaboration. He explained that the system is built to take on repetitive, hazardous and physically demanding tasks, helping human workers shift toward higher-value decision-making while improving safety and productivity on the shopfloor.
Along with Elixis-W, Addverb showcased 2 advanced intralogistics solutions. These included Cruiser 360, a four-way pallet shuttle designed for high-density storage and rapid retrieval, and FlowT, an autonomous forklift created for flexible and safe material movement. The company also demonstrated Trakr, its quadruped robot, highlighting its agility, navigation intelligence and ability to operate closely with human teams.
From its early work in warehouse automation to serving global clients such as Reliance, HUL, PepsiCo, Maersk, Mondial Relay and DHL, Addverb has established a strong international footprint across the US, Europe, Australia and Asia. The move into humanoid robotics aligns with India’s “Make in India, Make for the World” vision and reinforces the company’s focus on scalable, high-quality automation built for global deployment.
