Mahindra Finance welcomes Komal Chugh as State Head HR

With this appointment, Komal will lead state-level human resources strategy and execution, focusing on workforce capability, employee engagement, performance management, and overall organisational effectiveness. Alongside this, she has also assumed responsibilities as State HR, reinforcing her mandate across end-to-end HR operations at the state level.

Before this move, Komal was serving as Regional HR at Mahindra Home Finance since June 2024. In that role, she supported regional people operations and HR execution aligned with business expansion and workforce needs.

Prior to joining the Mahindra Group, Komal spent nearly 4 years at IndusInd Bank as Regional Resource Manager. Her work there covered talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee wellness, and multiple HR execution areas critical to business continuity and performance.

Earlier in her career, she worked for close to 5 years at HDFC Bank as a Human Resources Manager based in Mumbai. During this period, she handled key HR responsibilities across the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and people management in a high-scale and fast-paced banking environment.

With her new role at Mahindra Finance, Komal brings extensive experience across banking and financial services, strengthening the company’s leadership focus on people, performance, and organisational growth at the state level.
