In this role, Alice will oversee Hyatt’s sales and commercial agenda across the Americas, with a focus on expanding strategic partnerships, driving growth in key accounts, and delivering strong commercial execution aligned with the company’s purpose-led hospitality strategy.
Alice brings decades of experience across global hospitality brands, with deep expertise in strategic planning, sales leadership, and enterprise partnerships. Her background positions her to support Hyatt’s regional growth and long-term commercial priorities.
Before joining Hyatt, she spent over 8 years at Marriott International as Vice President – Account Sales and National Group Sales, based in New York. There, she managed high-value sales portfolios, led national group sales strategy, and built enterprise customer partnerships in a competitive hospitality market.
Earlier, Alice spent more than 10 years at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in senior leadership roles. She served as Vice President – Global Corporate Sales for nearly 3 years and as Global Corporate Sales Leader for over 3 years. She also worked as Managing Director for over 4 years, leading major global corporate accounts and strengthening large-scale sales operations.
Prior to that, Alice built a strong foundation at W Hotels, where she worked for over 9 years in several senior sales roles. These included Complex Director of Sales for W Hotels of New York, Complex Director of Group Sales, Director of Sales at W Union Square, Senior Group Sales Manager, and Director of Business Travel Sales. Her work covered luxury and lifestyle hospitality segments in New York.
Alice began her career at Doral Hotels, serving as International Sales Manager, Account Manager, and FIT Coordinator. These early roles helped shape her expertise in sales execution, customer service, and long-term account management.
Her appointment adds experienced leadership to Hyatt’s commercial team in the Americas as the group continues to strengthen its market presence.
