This move supports the company’s focus on innovation-driven growth in connected healthcare and precision treatment technologies. In her new role, Rosalia will lead the People strategy for Philips’ Image Guided Therapy (IGT) business, a key area supporting advanced clinical interventions. She will oversee talent priorities, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, and scalable workforce practices aligned with Philips’ transformation goals and global health mission.
Rosalia has been with Philips for over 4 years. She most recently served as Global HR Business Partner for CT/AMI, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. In that role, she worked closely with business leaders on strategic HR priorities, organisation design, workforce planning, and people development for major global teams. Her promotion to Vice President reflects her strong standing across global HR leadership and her ability to connect people strategy with business performance.
Before joining Philips, Rosalia spent nearly 10 years at Johnson & Johnson, where she held several senior HR leadership roles across different regions. Her experience includes serving as Head of HR for Spain and Portugal, along with positions such as Human Resources & Talent Management Director for Latin America. She also held senior HR leadership responsibilities within The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson.
Earlier in her career, Rosalia built strong expertise in rewards and compensation consulting. She worked with leading global advisory firms, including Willis Towers Watson and Mercer, where she focused on compensation strategy and workforce advisory. This experience helped shape her approach to strategic HR leadership across global organisations.
With this promotion, Philips continues to strengthen its people leadership for its Image Guided Therapy business as it advances innovation in clinical care and precision health technologies.
