In this role, Anand will drive the next phase of growth for the brand with focus on expanding reach and distribution, improving operational efficiency, delivering P&L performance, and building a culture of innovation and collaboration in line with the company’s vision and mission.
Before this appointment, Anand Aiyer served for nearly 3 years as Chief Executive Officer – Arrow at Arvind Fashions Limited. There, he led the brand through end-to-end business management with full P&L ownership and execution of strategies from planning to delivery.
Earlier, Anand spent over 7 years with Landmark Group in senior leadership roles. These included Chief Executive Officer – Easybuy, Max Retail Division, Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd., and Senior Vice President and Business Head – Easybuy (Max Retail). During this period, he focused on profitable growth, built an asset-light and low-cost operating model, and developed a strong franchise network to support expansion into smaller towns. He also strengthened product categories, created an omni-channel strategy during Covid, and built a backend sourcing ecosystem that gained industry recognition for process innovation.
Anand also brings deep experience from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., where he worked for over a decade across multiple roles within Louis Philippe. His positions included Vice President & Assistant Brand Head, Assistant Vice President and Brand Director, Head Sales and Merchandise, Head – New Initiatives, and Brand Manager. In these roles, he supported brand leadership, premiumisation efforts, strategic expansion, and the launch of sub-brands such as LP Sport, LP Jeans, Luxure, and Made to Measure.
Earlier in his career, Anand worked as Brand Head – Classic Polo at Royal Classic Group, where he launched and scaled the brand across marketing, sales, merchandising, distribution, and retail. He began his professional journey at KG Denim Limited as Senior Brand Executive – TRIGGER Jeans, handling brand management, marketing, trade promotions, and retail concept development.
