In this position, Duke will lead strategic growth initiatives as the company advances its next phase of development in India and on long-term value creation at scale. His responsibilities include land banking and fund strategy, building strong technology and energy partnerships, and enabling sustainable and capital-efficient expansion to support India’s digital and AI-led future. A major priority will be delivering differentiated outcomes through alliances with OEMs, GSIs, energy partners, and IPCs, while accelerating AI-ready data centre infrastructure powered by renewable and low-carbon energy solutions.
Duke Pramanick brings over 31 years of experience in sales leadership, strategic alliances, and business expansion across data centres, cloud, and telecom sectors. At CapitaLand Investment (Datacentre), he has played a key role in establishing and scaling the data centre business, driving revenue growth, and building high-value partnerships across markets.
Before joining CapitaLand, Duke held senior leadership positions at Etisalat, Global Cloud Exchange, Reliance Communications, Sify Technologies, and Tulip Telecom. Across these roles, he led national and international business operations, supported business transformation, and delivered EBITDA-positive growth.
In his previous role at CapitaLand as Head, Enterprise Sales, Strategic Alliance & Business Development, Duke led India-wide enterprise sales and strategic alliances for the company’s digital infrastructure business. He built and scaled the go-to-market model, sales processes, and marketing strategy from the ground up. He also developed strong CXO-level relationships across government, PSU, and enterprise sectors, and played a key role in data centre product design, customer acquisition, and revenue funnel growth. He was promoted from Associate Director to AVP within 18 months and received Best Team Player and Winning Mindset awards for 3 consecutive years.
With this expanded responsibility, Duke will work closely with investment teams, global partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to build scalable platforms for the AI-led Neo-Cloud era. His focus will remain on driving growth through value creation and strengthening CapitaLand’s digital infrastructure footprint in India.
