This appointment reflects the company’s focus on expanding delivery scale and sharpening next-generation operational competitiveness.
In his new role, Nitin will lead end-to-end operations of the Mexico GDC. His responsibilities span delivery excellence, workforce strategy, cost discipline, compliance, risk management, and business continuity. He will also oversee controls on cost and revenue leakage, forecasting and proactive planning, and the development of future-ready workforce and competency models.
Nitin’s mandate includes shaping agile talent acquisition strategies covering gig workers, contractors, and campus hiring, while strengthening college partnerships to build young talent pipelines. He will define multi-year location expansion strategies in competitive talent markets and drive process optimization through Lean initiatives. His role also covers compliance and certifications such as ISO, CMMi, and SOC2, along with cybersecurity and risk mitigation aligned to global standards.
Nitin brings nearly 7 years of experience at Capgemini to this role. Most recently, he served as Senior Director – Strategy and Transformation (Global Delivery Centers), where he led GDC transformation across Bengaluru, Cairo, Casablanca, Krakow, Mexico City, and Manila. His work focused on expanding delivery capacity, scalability, and efficiency through stakeholder alignment, change management, and communication, while setting up and transforming delivery centers in line with group strategy.
Earlier, as Director – Strategy & Transformation (Global Delivery Centres), he program-managed global delivery model transformation, built governance structures, and helped establish common country-level central management with leaders across finance and HR. He also served as Director – Post Merger Integration for Altran within Capgemini Engineering, managing integration across operations and enabling functions and supporting the build-up of the India Global Engineering Centre.
Earlier in his Capgemini career, Nitin led strategy execution in the COO’s Office for Capgemini Business Services, where he set up a transformation office and drove competitiveness, analytics, and cost optimization programs.
Before Capgemini, he undertook entrepreneurial and advisory work through Sethi Enterprises – India. His prior corporate experience includes senior roles at Punj Lloyd Limited and earlier strategy positions at ISGEC, WaterHealth International, Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., GMR Group, Honda Motor India Pvt. Ltd., and Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd.
Nitin holds a Global MBA from Hult International Business School, an Executive PG Program from IIM Kozhikode, a PG Diploma from IGNOU, and a Masters in Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
