This move marks a key step in her leadership journey and strengthens the company’s people agenda across the region. In her expanded role, Kiran will lead the GCC-wide strategy for leadership development, talent planning, and performance management. Her mandate centers on building future-ready leaders and sustaining high-performing teams to support DP World’s long-term growth in the GCC.
Kiran has spent nearly 3 years at DP World, steadily broadening her scope and impact. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager – Talent, Leadership & Performance (GCC Region) for close to 2 years, following over 1 year as Talent & Succession Lead. Earlier, as Global Talent Development Consultant, she led the Global Corporate Values Campaign across 8 regions and 45+ locations. During this phase, she enabled more than 80 engagement-focused initiatives and contributed to career management frameworks and leadership readiness programs.
Before rejoining DP World, Kiran spent about 1 year at Amazon as Talent Development Partner – MENA, where she supported leadership capability-building across the region.
Her foundational experience was shaped at Emirates, where she worked on learning design, performance standards, and large-scale learning and development transformation programs. She then spent over 4 years at Nestlé S.A., leading performance excellence initiatives, HR KPI frameworks, and organization-wide development cycles.
Kiran holds an MSc in Human Resource & Organizational Analysis from King’s College London. With a blend of analytical depth and hands-on experience, she is well positioned to shape DP World’s next phase of leadership and performance transformation across the GCC.
