Deanne Kissinger steps into new leadership role as Chief Talent Officer at Teva Pharmaceuticals

In this role, Deanne will lead the company’s global talent strategy, covering leadership development, learning and performance, skills-based organization design, and culture transformation to support Teva’s mission of advancing better health worldwide.

Deanne joins Teva with deep global experience across talent, learning, and workforce transformation. Most recently, she spent over 2 years at Syensqo, formerly part of Solvay, as Global Head of Talent Growth Platform, based in Brussels. There, she led enterprise-wide talent management, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, rotational programs, and skills-based organization design for a €7 billion organization with 13,000 employees across 30 countries. Her work focused on modernizing talent architecture while building future-ready capabilities grounded in a 160-year legacy.

Earlier, Deanne held several senior global roles at Solvay in the U.S. As Executive Vice President HR – Materials, she served as strategic HR partner to the company’s largest global business unit, supporting a $4 billion division with 6,000 employees. She later became Global Head of Talent Growth Platform, leading enterprise talent and learning strategies across a $14 billion organization with 22,000 employees.

Before Solvay, Deanne spent close to 2 years at Duke Energy Corporation as Director – Talent Management and Engagement, shaping enterprise talent strategy for one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S. She also led global talent programs at Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions as Director – Talent Management, supporting a $6.3 billion business with 20,000 employees.

Her experience further includes leadership roles at Diversey as Vice President – Global Talent Management and HR Business Partner, following its acquisition by Bain Capital, and at Sealed Air Corporation, where she served as Global Director – Learning & Leadership Development and Global Director – Talent Management for a $7.7 billion enterprise.

Earlier in her career, Deanne held global learning roles at Diageo across London and Sydney, and at GlaxoSmithKline, where she delivered organization development and major change programs over 5 years.
