Hyderabad set to host major GCC summit focused on enterprise reinvention

A key gathering for the global capability centre ecosystem is returning to Hyderabad next year, bringing together leaders to discuss how GCCs in the city are stepping into larger and more complex roles. The third edition of the GCC Growth Summit will be held on March 18, 2026, at the Trident, with a sharper focus on how centres are reshaping their mandates as enterprise backbones.

The summit will revolve around the theme “Reinventing the Enterprise Backbone” and will feature a full day of discussions on leadership, technology, resilience, talent and digital trust. More than 45 senior leaders will take the stage as speakers, with over 400 delegates expected to attend from across GCC functions. The agenda includes keynote sessions, roundtables, demonstration and live recorded conversations hosted by an industry studio platform.

Hyderabad’s rising prominence as a GCC hub forms the core of this year’s conversations. The city is home to more than 300 global capability centres, many of which manage critical engineering, data, cloud and cybersecurity operations for multinational enterprises. This depth of work has positioned Hyderabad as a strategic location rather than just a delivery centre.

Senior leaders from multiple sectors will share insights on this shift. Speakers include Arvind Chittora, Managing Director, Sonoco India Performance Hub; Nanda K. Lakkaraju, Managing Director, Carrier; Mohit Dhingra, Managing Director and Head of Business Insights and Technology Hyderabad, Bristol Myers Squibb; Arun Palivela, India Director Align Innovation Center and Invisalign R and D; Avinash Samrit, President GCC and Country Manager at Clean Harbors; and Sanjay Kumar Singh, Managing Director, Nemetschek India GCC, among others. Discussions will focus on how GCCs in Hyderabad are moving beyond support roles to owning core products, platforms and enterprise wide initiatives. The summit will also explore what organisations must build to stay resilient as responsibilities grow, including stronger digital trust, better talent systems, a clear approach to AI adoption and work environments designed for long term innovation.
