Asnika Das joins Tata Consulting Engineers as senior HR Business Partner

In her new role, she will work closely with business leaders to enhance talent management, workforce planning, employer branding, and HR transformation initiatives across the company’s engineering and infrastructure operations in domestic and global markets.

Das brings close to 20 years of experience across HR business partnering, talent management, and organisational development. Her career reflects a consistent focus on building people strategies that align closely with business goals across technology, manufacturing, logistics, and education-driven organisations.

Before joining Tata Consulting Engineers, Das served as Manager – Talent Management at ideaForge. In this role, she led employer branding, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives for a rapidly growing technology and UAV manufacturing organisation.

Earlier, Das worked as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Embee Software Pvt. Ltd. There, she supported HRBP operations across multiple business units and contributed to the execution of people strategies and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

Das’s previous experience also includes working as Human Resources Consultant at HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd., where she partnered with organisations such as Rhenus Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. on HR-focused projects. She also served as Human Resources Manager at The Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Limited, leading core HR operations and people development programmes.

Das has held leadership roles in the education sector as Human Resources Manager at Heritage Vision Education Trust. She began her professional journey in frontline sales and financial services roles at Bharti Airtel Ltd. and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, where she built a strong foundation in customer-focused operations and people leadership.

With this appointment, Tata Consulting Engineers continues to strengthen its HR leadership as it scales its multi-sector capabilities and focuses on building future-ready talent aligned with its growth ambitions.
