In his new role, Sachin Gupta will oversee brand strategy, growth marketing, user acquisition, and communications as Univest continues to scale its platforms and expand its market presence. He brings over 10 years of experience across consumer technology and fintech, with a strong track record in building and scaling high growth digital brands in India and global markets.
Before joining Univest, Sachin Gupta served as Vice President New Customer Marketing and Growth at Lenskart. In this role, he led multi market marketing strategies across India, Singapore, Thailand, and the Middle East. He was also responsible for managing multi million dollar budgets across platforms such as Google, Meta, programmatic advertising, and influencer marketing, driving customer acquisition and brand growth at scale.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with Astrotalk, where he progressed from Vice President Performance Marketing to Senior Vice President Marketing. During his tenure, he played a key role in building profitable user acquisition and retention models while scaling operations efficiently.
Sachin Gupta has also led growth initiatives at OZiva and founded The Himalayan ROI, a growth focused venture that worked with brands including Paytm, Kotak, mamaEarth, and Flipkart Groceries. His early career includes growth roles at YepMe, where he gained hands on experience in scaling early stage digital businesses.
With his extensive background in performance marketing, brand building, and customer growth, Sachin Gupta’s appointment is expected to support Univest’s ambition to strengthen its market position and accelerate platform adoption among investors.
