A senior leadership change has taken place at Sodexo with the appointment of Jana Bartlett as Chief Financial Officer, marking a key step in her long standing career with the company.
In her new role, Jana Bartlett will lead financial strategy, commercial governance, performance optimisation, and long term value creation for Sodexo’s operations in Australia. Her appointment reflects a continuation of her leadership journey within the global food and services group, where she has held multiple senior positions over more than a decade.
During her tenure at Sodexo, Jana most recently served as Director of Commercial Operations. In this role, she was responsible for enterprise wide commercial strategy, pricing governance, contract performance frameworks, and improving operational profitability across a wide range of business portfolios.
Earlier, she held the position of Director of Operations West Energy and Resources. In that role, she managed large scale operational portfolios, strengthened client relationships, and improved service delivery for mining and resources clients across Western Australia. She also served as Client Relations Manager and Head of Commercial Mining National, where she led national commercial strategy, governance, and client engagement within the mining sector.
Before joining Sodexo, Jana Bartlett spent over 10 years at a services company, where she held several leadership roles. These included Commercial Manager Resources, Regional Finance Manager, Finance Manager Facilities and Asset Management, and Business Manager Pilbara Iron Contract. Through these roles, she developed strong expertise in commercial leadership, finance operations, and large scale contract governance.
With her deep experience across finance, operations, and commercial strategy, Jana Bartlett is set to play a central role in guiding Sodexo’s financial direction and supporting sustainable growth in the Australian market.
