Miamin Systems raises USD 8 million to expand GCC operations globally

Miamin Systems has secured USD 8 million in growth capital to support its next phase of international expansion across India and the Middle East.

The funding was announced by Sanjay Manikandan, Founder and CEO of Miamin Systems, and will be used to strengthen operations, expand delivery capabilities, and accelerate product innovation. The company is focused on scaling Global Capability Centres and deepening enterprise partnerships through its proprietary platform, Miamin GCC OS.

Over the last 10 years, Miamin Systems has built and operated more than 14 GCCs and supports a workforce of over 5,000 professionals. The company has a strong presence in India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, and offers end to end GCC services including strategy, setup, staffing, operations, and optimisation.

As part of its growth roadmap, Miamin Systems plans major expansion in Bangalore and Dubai. Bangalore will see scaling of GCC consulting, staffing, and operations teams, development of large technology and R and D GCCs, stronger recruiter and talent delivery infrastructure, and expanded workspace capacity. In Dubai, the company will scale operations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, deepen partnerships with regional enterprises and multinational firms, strengthen cross border GCC governance and staffing models, and build a leadership and client success hub.

Miamin Systems closed FY 2025 to 26 with a turnover of USD 18 million, driven by growth in GCC services, staffing, and Middle East operations. The company is targeting revenue of USD 26 million in 2026, supported by new enterprise clients, GCC expansions, and wider adoption of its platform.

A significant share of the funding will be invested in scaling Miamin GCC OS. The platform supports the full GCC lifecycle, workforce planning and large scale hiring, compliance and governance, operational dashboards, and multi location scalability.

Alongside GCC growth, the company will continue expanding its staffing and workforce solutions, including permanent hiring, contract staffing, and contract to hire models across India and the Middle East. The investment will support recruiter expansion, hiring automation, sourcing intelligence, faster enterprise hiring cycles, and stronger client success teams.

Founded in 2014 by Sanjay Manikandan, Miamin Systems has grown into a multi million dollar organisation focused on GCC enablement, technology driven operations, and workforce excellence.
